Log a Load for Kids is a grassroots charitable organization of loggers, foresters, paper mills and sawmills, dedicated to raising funds for their local children’s hospital. The Virginia chapter raises funds for the University of Virginia Children’s Hospital in Charlottesville.
In the past, I have been involved as an active sponsor of the Log A Load For Kids Annual Softball Tournament called Fire at McIntire located in Charlottesville. I donate & cook the pork BBQ that is sold at this event with 100% of the proceeds donated to Log A Load For Kids.
In addition, I have been a proud supporter of two raffles involving Harley Davidson Motorcycles autographed by the Rolling Stones & by Bruce Springsteen and the E-Street Band.
